CMS8 Changes - Add Group/Taxonomy for each application

Each Application listed on developer.aspx?view=applications should have an interface to CMS8taxonomies for that application, maybe even with two or three dimensions - that way we could have groups for the application dropdowns controlled easily

CMS8 Changes to add new page

When adding a new page it always gets created at the bottom - we need an option that gives you the choice - like CMS4 does

CMS4 new pages not in search

CMS4 new pages are not by default in search - this must be wrong!

CMS4 Add new page - No Breadcrumbs as default

When adding a new page the initial field is not carried over to breadcrumbs. That field is not represented on the page (addnewpage.aspx) and the execution of the add falls in a stored procedure "userproc3_createnewtblnavrow", therefor not a quick fix. This needs to be fixed when i am making sql updates to the rest of the implementations

CMS8 Thumbnail creation

I need to make it so that the thumbnails show the whole picture, and fill in the extra with white, rather than what it currently does, which is a bit naff
