CMS8 Update

Only applications whose "Control name" field is longer than 0 will show up on a pages Meta page, in the Control dropdowns

CMS8 Update - can have child applications - need Sql update though

Added childapplicationid (bigint) to CMS8Applications

Now can have child applications..

E.g.

Page      /products/
Section  /products/widgets/ - Widgets is an item from Widget Application
Item      /products/widgets/red-widget/ - Red-widget is an item from Products Application, but Products is a child application to the Widget Application
