CMS8 - Available Applications in dropdowns

CMS8 - When assigning applications to Control or Application slots on the page we need a way to limit whether they show up in the list. Only certain Applications should be selectable. This needs to be added to the CMS8Applications table as fields "showincontrols" and "showinapplications" int, and passed through.
