When a new applicationitem is created - the content rows need to be created automatically

The cms4 page update function is not working correctly - the folder being brought up is incorrect. - it sneeds sorting out!

CMS4 Remove staging and backup (version 4) content

Perhaps remove all the content staging and backup versions as they have never ever been used. Alternatively change the system to be a bit like CMS8 where you have different versions and a live "live" one and a live "admin" one.
